Each season we offer multiple opportunities for people to grow in their knowledge of the Bible. After our Sunday services, we typically have three classes in an array of subjects to give you the tools to live out your faith well. We will have three new classes starting January 7:

The Community of God

If we’re created to be in community, why is it that we tend to strive toward isolation? And, why should that be the case within the church, which by definition is a community? This is the theme of a new book entitled “The Community of God” authored by a dear friend to the Wabash family, Doug Bursch. Doug’s family was a part of Wabash a number of years ago. Doug now serves as co-pastor of Evergreen Foursquare Church right here in Auburn and has produced and hosted over 1,200 radio broadcasts in his past. Join Pastor George as we read and discuss together “The Community of God.” Who knows, we just might get a visit from the author himself!

Church History

Many committed, knowledgeable believers still know little about the history of the church, As a result, they’re missing a testament to God’s steadfastness over the centuries. Join Dr. W. Robert Godfrey as he takes believers through lectures covering theology, apologetics, notable church fathers, and much more. This is Part 2 of a six-part series. This course is a “drop-in” course, as the series is more week-to-week topical than chronological. If you miss a week, join us the next!

Biblical Prayer

Do you feel led to pray and read your Bible more? This class can help with that. Each week we will read and discuss what the Bible says about prayer, spend time in personal reflection, and pray for each other and special topics. Interactive. No homework. Drop in. Recommended supplies are a Bible and notebook.
